Work Global Hospitality Training Center in collaboration with Culinary Solutions Australia (Culinary Basic Training), and with CEPROC Paris, France (Advanced Culinary Art) offers to the Vietnamese potential culinary artists the following programs this year 2015: I. Certificate III Commercial Cookery Training (full program) in collaboration with Culinary Solutions Australia + Entrance Exam: every Friday morning at 9:30am. + Application to be submitted before 15th February, 2015. + Course Start Date: 2nd March, 2015 + Audience: High School (12 grades) and English pre-intermediate + Length: 12 months, full time, starting with English + Objectives: after the course, students have an English level and skills to pass IELTS 5.0 and join the Test with Culinary Solutions Australia, thus get the Certificate III or in Commercial Cookery. The students who fulfill the requirements can choose to go to Australia by visa 402 (below 30 years old) or by visa 457 (business long stay). WELCOME COOKERY TALENT OF BEAUTIFUL VIETNAM TO INTERNATIONAL CHEF COMPETITION IN FRANCE 2015 International Chefs Cup 2013: A big family! Signing up! International talented chefs in Vietnam 2014 will participate in a challenging competition, and 01 best team is selected to attend the international chef competition in Lyon, France in January 2015! All in good time, the date of the grand final of the contest for the worlds’ Best Caterer is drawing closer. The International Catering Cup (ICC) will take place on January 24th 2015 as part of the prestigious Sirha trade exhibition, in Lyon, France. Before this final phase of the competition, each country that desires so, will hold a national selection event. France - founder of the contest and organizing country - mobilized its resources on February 9th and 10th 2014 during the Smahrt trade exhibition in Toulouse to identify new talents. Competing in trials that are identical to those of the world final in Lyon, and before an exceptional jury, the candidates promoted the savoir-faire of the catering trade. Among the 6 teams selected, only the team Shangri-La Hotel in Paris was awarded the Gold Trophy Selection France 2014 and will have the honor of representing France in the fourth edition of the ICC 2015! Work Global in associate with CEPROC Evolution Pro (Centre International de Formation Continue des Méstiers de la Gastronomie) honored to organize "Global Cooking Contest" in Vietnam to find the winning team representing the Vietnamese Cooking Industry participate this international competition.
